Sean Doughtie, founder of Amherst Communities, has been building homes for the past 25 years in and around the Atlanta metro. Over the years, his long standing friendship with the Reeves family would bring him to Eufaula to hunt and fish. The conversation on these trips would always turn to developing a neighborhood adjacent to the schools and the community center. The Villages at Reeves Farm is a product of that friendship and an exciting part of Eufaula’s continued growth.
